_plum Hi. I purchased a BUNDLE from you 10 days ago. It arrived a couple of days ago, but only 1 of the 2 items I bought from you was sent. I assume this was human error and not intentional. I reached out to Posh to refund the purchase (as the cost of shipping is more than the item I received) which should have been an easy fix...but Posh is asking me to send photos of the missing item, which I obviously can't do, as it wasn't sent.

_plum I can't imagine the issue was intentional, so I'm hoping you'll step up and reach out to Posh to refund asap, as this is taking way more time and getting more complicated than it should be. I've purchase a TON on posh and this is the first time an item hasn't been sent. I understand how it could happen, and hope you'll help to make it right, as quickly as possible. Thx.

alivernash @awsstyle I too reached out to Poshmark support about this issue I’m very sorry I haven’t gotten back to you. I emailed them the day I shipped and told them to refund you, as the item was no where to be found.. I’m very sorry about this issue but I will continue to email them and be in contact so that you can return the one item and be fully refunded I’m very sorry for the inconvenience to you.

_plum @alivernash Thank you. Normally for an issue like this they will simply issue a full refund as the cost of re-shipping is higher than the cost of the item. If you can let them know you are ok with that, it would be great if the order can simply be cancelled and refunded. Much easier for everyone. I'm leaving town tomorrow for 2+ weeks and wouldn't even be around to ship anything, Thank you.
