lorac2015 dis you get my mssg. I'm very upset aa I always chk over my bags I can only guess it was the box I reused? I've had the bag for a long time and its been on the shelf as I said in an air cond room thats only used for my bags. one time I reused an amazon box that housed my supplements I take & the lady whom I mailed bag to said box had odor.

lorac2015 @alicita003 I just cant understand a smoke smell it's driving me crazy its like new I never used it since I purchased it either & never ever detected smell in it. chk the box it came in.

alicita003 @lorac2015 , I don't know because even the paper that was stuffed smells. I can't explain it. I just put dryer sheets inside. Someone recommended that on line.

lorac2015 @alicita003 I'm at a loss too😢 febreeze on a washcloth sprayed lightly and dryer sheets throw the paper out( may have been the reused paper)?

alicita003 @lorac2015 , I just checked and no but zi brought a neutralizing pack and will let it sit overnight. I am hoping it clears out.

lorac2015 @alicita003 well if febreeze & dryer sheets got rid of mothball smell out it should easily work for whatever you smell. they say mothball smell the hardest to remove. unless my 72 year old nose cant smell anymore. I really never put my nose into any bag but never smelled anything when conditioning it

alicita003 @lorac2015 , I am not trying to affect your closet. You do have beautiful bags, honestly this wouldn't discourage me to from purchasing from you. I can not lie that it wasn't upsetting but I do believe it was a miss and not on purpose. I updated the stars to be fair. Have a nice day.

vintageaddict12 Hello! I noticed that something got on the shoulder strap of the bag between now and when I listed it. It's a faint outline, maybe a water spot?? It's not super noticeable since it's on the part of the strap that sits on the shoulder, but I wanted to be up front about it before shipping. I can send a pic for you to look at if you'd like, and you can let me know if you still want me to ship? Apologies for the inconvenience! :(
