peonies17 Hi, I am writing regarding the purchase you have made of the Nicolle Miller carryon. I hope you received the message that I had dropped of your item for shipping on the third day of your purchase but I’m not sure why it wasn’t scanned in to shipping. I would like to say how sorry I am this has happened. Please be aware that I have gone to the post office looking for my item & I am not sure where it is. I have reported this to them & hopefully this will be resolved ASAP.

peonies17 I have had things get lost in the mail before & they showed up later than expected. I am so sorry for this situation & just wanted to inform you that I did everything possible to get this to you in a timely manner but would have never imagined that this could happen.

peonies17 I hope you can understand that I never intended for such a situation. I hope you receive your item ASAP. The post office told me since it wasn’t scanned in it is now a waiting period until the item is scanned again. I will keep in touch if I hear anything else. Thanks for your understanding.

peonies17 @jaanamama Thank you! Also, I didn’t write to you right away because I thought that the package would have been scanned by now. Poshmark said that they are aware of these situations as well, when I informed them about it. I will update you if I find out anything else. Have a good day.

peonies17 Hi I am so sorry that this transaction got cancelled in this way. I have been trying to find it & finally the post office where I had dropped off, found my box. Someone had set it aside b/c it was overweight by 7oz & the frustrating part is that it took them this long to get it to me.
