aliciamaggio @ivyzbeez Hi, Amy. I’m a little confused. Do you mean you accidentally sent the wrong item to me? I’ve had that happen before and it was easy to return the incorrect item and I don’t mind doing that. If my order went to someone else, hopefully they will do the same. Though I am definitely looking forward to the new clothes, I can survive waiting a few extra days or even canceling if it comes down to that. I appreciate you letting me know.

aliciamaggio @ivyzbeez You can probably see the tracking, but the boots seem to be stuck in Missouri. The tracking hasn’t updated in close to a week. As soon as they arrive I will return them. I just wanted you to be aware it may take a while to get to that point.

aliciamaggio @ivyzbeez I am friends with my postal worker and she said they work unbelievably long hours and six days a week. Needless to say, that means people don’t want to work there any more so they get even more short-staffed and work even longer hours which causes more people to quit. It’s become a vicious cycle. On our end, it’s frustrating to trust our business to them and then have week-long delays. It’s not working for anyone.
