chaneybell @aliciahooks Thank you. I have another issue and I contacted Posh and I am waiting for a recommendation. My daughter mailed the shoes, the wrong label was placed on the package. I called USPostal service and they recommend I try and do an interception online, which did not work. I will try to recover the shoes and get them to you. I will tell Posh to give you your money back.I will continue to keep you up dated on the situation. I am so sorry and embarrassed by the mistake.
