properone I appreciate the offer. I dont think the skirt will pan out. Which is why i suggested splitting it. I understand splitting is not ideal. Given the circumstances i dont want to “low ball” on the combo. 150$ would clinch it and the skirt more then likely would get donated. To tailer to fit would more then likely cost more then skirt being pleated
