evenlou hi sorry for shipping your item late but it's on it's way. the lady at the post office gave me a hard time because I was shipping it out in a medium box. she said I had to use the small unpadded envelope to avoid customer paying extra fees for shipping. hope it gets there safely.

birdyblue16 Hi. Piling is when the material is worn & creates worn bumps, fuzzy bumps etc in the fabric. Like the 3rd picture of your Gloria Vanderbilt sweats. That bumpy fabric is piling from wear.

loveme_jackiee I received my package in a dollar store bag without any label or indication that this was for me. Clothes were spilling out of the bag and nothing was folded. Thankfully I recognized the clothes and am thankful that nobody touched it since it was placed at the entrance of the apartment. I was excited to receive this order but was very disappointed at how it arrived.
