Hi Alicia,
I am packing up your coat to ship it, not sure if you noticed in the pic, but there are 2 stains on either side of the upper right zipper. Just wanted you to be aware up front. The stains are not noticeable unless up close.

I heard back from support. They won’t lower price. I appreciate your willingness to pay $17. However, i feel-bad as i didn’t see it before. The package is on its way to you as is. If you choose to decline it and return it, I will lower the price to $10 and you can repurchase if you want. I will leave it up to you to make that decision. Its quite possible the stain (s) may wash out in laundry.
