sourseasiren @azanee7 You need to go open a case with them and let them know it was a Men's 2XL and then they will contact me. I honestly did not know it was a Men's and not a women's and I'm very sorry for that! please just open a case with them so we can make it right. thanks again!

sourseasiren @azanee7 Were not supposed to do that. If you go to the page where you can see what you have purchased there should be an option that says problems/order inquiry. If you click that you can submit a formal request to them and the will handle it. If we do it outside of poshmark shipping will cost a fortune. So you would hafta pay to ship it back to me and then I would have to turn around and pay to ship the items back to you. If you open the ticket Posh will give you a prepaid label to return.

sourseasiren @azanee7 you can return them if you have an issue, which you do, it's just against their guidelines to conduct any business outside of the app. Do you not have the app on your phone? Cuz that's how I upload all pictures is through the posh app on my phone. I have submitted a ticket to them as well, I just have to wait for them to respond. But if you can figure out a way to upload the picture that is the best option.

sourseasiren @azanee7 If you're willing to pay the return shipping to send it back to me, once I receive it I can pay shipping to send you the new items for replacement. I just don't want to mess with trying to deduct shipping amounts and things like that. If you have $66 worth of items you want I will pay shipping to send those to you once I receive the sweatsuit back that you pay return shipping for.

sourseasiren @azanee7 Ok, I'm also awaiting a response from them. I really am sorry for the trouble, I just sell alot of items on Posh and don't want to get in trouble for doing outside transactions. If there is no way for them to resolve it then we can do the trade thing. But hopefully they will respond to at least one of us.

sourseasiren @azanee7 I think they're supposed to respond within 24, so hopefully by tomorrow sometime. I will let you know as soon as I hear something. Again I'm terribly sorry, I didn't realize the item was Men's and not women's.

sourseasiren @azanee7 Hello again, I have sent another detailed message to them letting them know you cannot upload a photo and that the item doesn't fit and is a men's instead of women's and to please just send you a return label. I'm sorry they didn't understand that from me with my first message. the response I got was that they had reached out to you to open a case so I just submitted another message to them about it with even more detail. hopefully they respond quickly. thanks!

sourseasiren @azanee7 Hey so posh reached out to me and said that you need to email them at support@poshmark.com about this issue. they told me conducting a return or exchange outside of poshmark is strictly prohibited. So if you could please email them at that address and let them know your issue. They're not responding to me. Sorry for the problem!

If you want to return it and pay the return shipping that is fine. please let me know which shirts you want, maybe put them all in a bundle? then I will mark them not for sale and ship them out once I receive the sweatsuit back. I'm so sorry again for all this trouble.

sourseasiren @azanee7 You will just have to package it up and go to the post office and ask to ship it to me. Posh isn't going to do anything more without you opening the formal case and posting a picture. You will just need to take it to the post office and ship it back to me, then once I receive it I will package up the stuff you want and ship to you. I just need to know what shirts you want.

sourseasiren @azanee7 I only have like 3 shirts that are a 1 from Maurices which is a 1X, I have lots of XL and XXL shirts. When you say 1X do you mean a true 1X or a XL? cuz I don't have enough that are labelled 1X to make up the money
