ecaruso895 Alicia you recently purchased my listing of the black & white skirt and jacket. Upon further review it looks like the skirt was altered and pleats were put in to make it a smaller size. I didn’t realize until I went to box it up. I didn’t want you to be disappointed if it didn’t fit. If you still would like it that is great but I didn’t want to mislead you. Thanks.

vanessa222 Had you shared that you wanted the dress for a cruise I would have expedited the shipping. Instead you chose not to share this detail. The dress was shipped within the timeframe of Poshmark’s shipping guidelines.

vanessa222 When you requested the order be canceled and I let you know it had been shipped, you also neglected to share the information about wanting it for a cruise. You received a brand new dress for $15 and a complimentary gift.

vanessa222 @aliciaharden452 how you feel and accuracy of feedback are two different things. Again, you should have communicated your need to have the dress more expeditiously than what Poshmark provides for. Perhaps in the future in order to avoid sellers being criticized due to your lack of communication, advising sellers of your unique needs would be a good idea.

aliciaharden452 @vanessa222 I can rate my service with your closet anyway a choose! My order was NOT shipped until I asked for a refund. Personal I believe you just forgot about my order. It also is unprofessional of you to be going back and forth with me. Your running a business and your consumer you should want them to be pleased. I could have let you know what I was doing, but I choose not to do that. You should just apologized! Nothing else needed to have been said!

As a consumer your actions and feedback are irresponsible. Check my history. No problems with anyone. I had a purchase made Saturday night and it was shipped this morning. You’re welcome for the free gift, great deal, and appropriate shipping time. Take care and I hope others recognize the risk when working with Poshers who are disingenuous.

aliciaharden452 @vanessa222 no ma’am!! I order the dress on March 20 and it was shipped on the 26. I contacted posh on the 25 requesting a refund. Posh asked me to contact seller. So I contacted you then you shipped it. What took 6 days to do?!!
