sforeman60 Could you explain the 4 star rating? I have always received 5 stars. I do fast shipping, it was a brand new product, (which means I never opened it because I have skin allergies). A lower rating is given to a sale that takes a long time to receive, there was damage to the product, etc.....The one lotion looked like it didn't go to the top, but if you go to a Bath and Body Store, you will see all their lotions are like that.

I have seen where someone didn't understand how important the star rating was and they went in and changed it. But, no worries about doing that. I don't want you to think I want you to do that.
