wyowest Hi Alicia, are your boots heels soft or stiff? All of my Bed Stu’s are soft but I just got some Frye’s that are super stiff in the heel unfortunately. I don’t need another pair of boots but these are so cute!

alicia_vivian @wyowest Hi Heather! Thanks for reaching out - do we ever really need boots? 😉 where the laces are is really soft, the heel itself is definitely structured, but if I press down on it with my hands it gives maybe an inch or so? I was hoping I could post pics in my response, but it doesn’t look like it….let me know if you have any other questions!
