alicia23newman @kassandracm hi I do need help I have posted Bailey Nelson sunglasses and someone bought them only I couldn’t get them to deposit the money to my account, nor were there instructions for me to get them to the buyer. I found this frustrating. Can you help me with this please ?

kassandracm @alicia23newman hi there, thanks for ur question. So, as long as both parties (yourself and the PM buyer have your banking info & addresses properly placed on your Poshmark accounts), the sold item will be marked as “SOLD” with a red label on your listing post along with receiving an email verification from Poshmark with the shipping label. Earnings are deposited directly into your account after 3 business days when said buyer receives their item.

kassandracm @alicia23newman Anything outside of selling and buying on the Poshmark Application platform itself may be a scam and should be avoided at all costs! You can also go into the “Poshmark Support Centre” tab and contact Poshmark Support for further help if needed. Hope this helps!
