amvaltman @laura1768 Per the USPS link, they tried to deliver it to your address that was on the prepaid shipping label and were unable to so they left a notice for you that it could be picked up at the local USPS office. If you are unable to find the notice, I would contact POSH support as I am unable to do anything from my end. I am sincerely sorry that you have not gotten it yet. When you ordered it, I same day packaged it and took it to the USPS office.
