alinakog @williamshepa968 yes it shows me that there is a delay due to usps. I shipped them out on the 18th, which if I’m not mistaken was the next day after you ordered them. There is a tracking number attached to the order. You can call usps and find out what is going on.

alinakog @williamshepa968 your package was not lost... It is the holidays. USPS stopped working at 2 PM on Thursday. It is only 9 AM on the next business day they work on. USPS said there is a delay on this package.

alinakog @williamshepa968 I created a case with usps online for you. The package is on its way, but they are also aware that it is ridiculously delayed. I hope this helps! Sorry for the delay, but unfortunately I can’t control usps over the holidays.
