ebrookeh Earlier this year I bought a pair of uggs booties from you. The zipper was fused together (rusted metal) I was never able to even put them on my feet once and no one else would have been able to either. You sold them to me broken. I messaged you several times through the listing itself, and you never wrote back to me and now I see that you have disabled my ability to contact you through that listing…. You should just do the right thing and refund my money…
