ashley_artis Hi @aline_lindemann I see that you just cancelled the order. The coat has been shipped, but it seems the post office has been running behind. I contacted Poshmark Support because the coat truly has been dropped off. So, now it looks like it’ll be coming your way, but I won’t be getting paid.

aline_lindemann @ashley_artis The USPS generates a tracking number the moment you drop the item off, so I'm not fully understanding what you mean. The information I received this morning is that the item had not yet been shipped. Plz message me with that tracking number and I'll watch for it. Thx.

ashley_artis @aline_lindemann This has been happening lately with all of my sales. I dropped it 2 days ago. A pair of leggings I recently sold just started tracking today & I dropped them before the coat. How Poshmark works is, the tracking number is on the prepaid label that you receive upon the sale. So, when it’s dropped it depends on when the postal workers scan it in. The tracking number is 9405 5112 0206 1871 8161 60.

aline_lindemann @ashley_artis The coat arrived. So strange that Poshmark told me it hadn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been super busy and haven’t even taken it out of the box yet, but will look at it tomorrow and see if we can figure out how to make this right for you.

ashley_artis @aline_lindemann No problem. I contacted Poshmark as well. They said something about not worrying if tracking started by a certain date. I saw it tracking on the USPS website, but not on Poshmark. So I don’t know what that was about.

kristinscurio Hi mi am so so sorry I cannot find the black skirt. I think my sister took it!!!! We can redo the bundle for just the cp linen top and the pants( they look great together) if your ok with that? Was there anything else that caught your eye? I have two other linen button up tops I could up for you to peak at... let me k ow what you would like to do and I will do it!! Ugh sisters!

highlowchic Hi, you purchased the cp shades top from me. I’m sorry I missed a spot on it. Instead of a negative rating, why don’t you open up a case so we can resolve it? It was an honest mistake and id rather it be made right.

aline_lindemann @highlowchic Tried that, but there’s nothing to click. A message popped up saying “PoshMark will help resolve Problems if the order you received is not as described. However, If you have accepted the order Or not reported the problems within 72 hours Of receiving the order The payment is released to the seller and the sale is considered final and completed.”
