kaydarlin Hi. You purchased the mascara that I was selling, that was never used in the package. You stated that it was all dried out which is something I would have no way of knowing as it was never opened from its original packaging. Instead of giving a 1 star for my first ever rating you could have let me know and a refund could have been issued. I apologize for the trouble but do wish you could have spoken with me first.
