sunyoungyim @peggiekent i promise I did. I went after work to the post office. It may take longer then 4 hours for the tracking number to activate. Please be patient. I’ve kept my word and shipped the item when I said I would. If you have an issue with that please let me know.

peggiekent @sunyoungyim I have been patient had I known it was going to be almost a week before you shipped out the item I purchased I’m not sure that I would’ve shopped in your closet. It’s just bad business for someone to take someone’s money and then drag their heels before shipping their order. I hope you understand my reservations and I really hope that you kept your word we’ll see. Let’s move forward and all will beWell if I see a tracking number tomorrow.

sunyoungyim @peggiekent I think you’re being a bit unfair. When you asked when I’d ship the items I said Monday. You never said that was a problem. Further it hasn’t even been a week since your purchase. If you wanted the item shipped for example the next day you should’ve asked if that was a viable for me the seller before you made the purchase.

sunyoungyim @peggiekent There is no rule, written or assumed, through this app that says that shipping out on the Monday after the Wednesday of the purchase date is anything less than acceptable. Further, this app itself explicitly states that tracking can take more than a couple days to start, let alone several hours.

sunyoungyim @peggiekent if you needed the items for a partial time line you should’ve made that clear bc clearly five days was unacceptable for you to wait. To claim that I am being irresponsible or unfair is particularly non-objective when you never reached out to request I ship them any faster.

peggiekent @sunyoungyim your belligerent attitude says a lot about what kind of person you are along with defending your self about what you did that was totally wrong. The rule is the seller will ship out in 1 to 3 days which is the norm. Posh Mark even sent you a notification to ship out after three days. That went ignored by you. There is still not a tracking number on it and if you mailed it out today there should be a tracking number on it by now it’s 1030

sunyoungyim @peggiekent if I’m mistaken let me know but from my memory and my information on the app, you ordered the items on the fifth, . You then reached out to ask when I’d be sipping the items out. I responded the day of saying I’d be sending it out the following Monday which was yesterday.

sunyoungyim @peggiekent Yesterday you again asked for me to act and send the package out. I responded diligently telling you that I had sent it out. You then questioned that as you didn’t get a tracking number right away. I informed you that the app itself stated that tracking can take up to a few days. And I got a tracking number just after midnight. If you do not have a tracking order I’d be happy to provide it to you.

sunyoungyim @peggiekent I’m not, nor have I ever tried to be rude or ‘snot nosed’. I’ve only tried to lay out the timeline of your purchase and explain my side of story to inform you of my thought process and when I acted. Which again, was in accordance with when I said I would. AGAIN, if you don’t have the tracking number I can provide it to you.

sunyoungyim @peggiekent I have asked poshmark to send you the tracking number as for whatever reason you did not receive it. Hopefully they can and it will ease your mind as to my honesty when I informed you your package was dropped off at the post office yesterday.
