monett89 Have you disabled the watch from your Apple account? Still says its registered to a gmail account.

monett89 @heartmyshoesnyc it says that when I have to sign with my Apple ID that its starts with an a but mine doesn’t. The help says that you have to go into your account and remove the device from yours

heartmyshoesnyc So sorry...I am technologically challenged so i had my sister set it up...I asked her if she disconnected it from her account before I sent it to you and she said yes but I guess she is technologically challenged as well 🙄 thanks for your patience while I figure this out...

heartmyshoesnyc @monett89 I’m sorry she says she removed it from find my iPhone as well...did you power off and then on again and it’s still giving you the same message to type in your Apple ID? Did you add it to your phone through Bluetooth already?
