taidonovan Hi Alicia! Thanks so much for your purchase and your nice feedback! I hope you enjoy these boots. My mother-in-law purchased them for me and I never wore them because my feet are wide which gives a super tight fit with socks. That being said, I promise there have been no repairs in any way. As far as shipping, I too am disappointed as you pay for a standard 2-3 day shipping. I can't explain why but this is my first item to take more than 3 days. Again, my apologies😊

salbarley I'm sure that you will be satisfied wirh them as they were only used by me when I went on a trip to Italy for 2 weeks and only worn a few times in the last 15 years or so. They were custon fitted and cost me around $340. I sincerely hope that whoever wears them enjoys them, for sure rhe most comfortable shoes I ever walked in.

salbarley @beaveral they are incredibly comfortable. what I do with shoes before I send them off is take the laces out and clean them then I brush the insides of the shoes clean and wipe the shoes off with a mild leather cleaner and scrub the soles clean with soap and water. give the insides a shot of frebreeze and seal them up in a plastic bag. I try to do my best to clean stuff before I ship them off especially shoes. thanks again!
