riseresale Hi, I’m so sorry to hear about the shoes! What happened? When you say the sole fell apart do you mean the bottom of the shoe or the footbed? The footbed insert is designed to come out, is that what you mean? The shoes were listed as having some wear but definitely shouldn’t have fallen apart.

riseresale @aaoriley That’s terrible I’m so sorry. I just googled “Dansko soles falling apart” and apparently it happens a lot! I had no idea, I’ve sold several pairs with no issues. Poshmark usually doesn’t do returns unless the item was listed incorrectly. Obviously I couldn’t have predicted that would happen, but I want to make it right for you.

riseresale @aaoriley I have another pair of Danskos not listed yet and I will give them to you for free but they’re a 39. Same style in black, similar wear- a few scuffs. Do you think they would fit?

riseresale @aaoriley Ok darn. I don't have any other size 40 right now. I wonder if Dansko would honor their defective product policy if you didn't purchase from their website? Or maybe Posh has some sort of policy on that? I will check into this for you tomorrow when I have a little more time. Again, I'm really sorry that happened to you. Hopefully we can find a resolution.
