Hi Alisa, you recently purchased my adidas velvet hoodie. You left me a 3/5 stars and for the reason you said "needs improvement" but never left anything for me to actually improve. If you wouldn't mind telling me why you weren't satisfied that would be appreciated. I dropped it off at the post office in a timely matter and unfortunately the USPS emailed me and said that the shipping had been delayed due to Covid, hopefully you received that email too. Thanks
