meraviglioso Hello, I have a few questions about the Lug bag that I purchased a short time ago. The description reads “like new” but the zipper pulls and LUG logo look chipped/worn. Am I seeing these photos correctly? It’s a bag for professional use so it needs to be clean and in great condition without damage. I hope to not have to cancel the order. I appreciate your help. I’m on hold with FedEx and was informed that the drop box I dropped your package in is no longer active which is the cause for the delay. We are working on getting someone there to get it out so I can drop it at a post office to make sure you get it. I’m deeply sorry for the delay. I will keep you updated through the process.

deeleann5196 @alisacrts yes the boots are just sitting in a FedEx drop box that is no longer active. Going to the FedEx store closest to it tomorrow to get someone to open it up so I can drop at the post office.

deeleann5196 @alisacrts hi again, I hope your day is going well. Current status now is whomever I originally spoke with was wrong and the FedEx drop box where your shoes are sitting is still active. We just have to wait for the carrier to scan for tracking. I wish I could give you an ETA but I’m a sitting duck at this point 😕 looks like shipping in general is very delayed.
