Hi love.. I personally want to make sure all my customers are happy with their purchases. I'm so sorry you are having issues and want to help you.. have you adjusted the nose pads? I have a narrow face and too have to keep those tighter to fit better. Sometimes I also need to bend the frame by my ears a little but gently. Lmk if any of that helps. @alishamohr hi! I haven’t gotten any updates, but I’ve shipped about 10 orders after yours and they’ve all been delayed.. and only one has been delivered, but they’re in California also. I think the storms in middle of US have passed, so postal service should be back to normal soon. I definitely don’t think it’s lost. I’m so sorry it’s taking so long though. ❤️
