Hi there! I just got your one star rating for an item that was clearly marked in the listing what it was... you rated based on “no response from seller”... I do apologize for your situation. If you reached out to the Poshmark platform for support and received no response, sadly that information and correspondence is not shared with the seller. Comments on posts and bundle comments are the only ways sellers and buyers are able to communicate. I hope this clears up any confusion and improves your poshmark buying experience for the future!😊

@jmoeggenborg When I looked at the listing I didn’t realize that it said just box all I want is my money back I didn’t even open the package I was just going to return it to sender Poshmark has not gotten back to me yet and when it gets resolved I will change it.

@alliburton okay, that makes sense and thank you for the information as I better understand now what had happened. Unfortunately, on this platform it is Poshmark, not the seller, that collects payment and they are the only ones who may issue a buyer a refund. I’m very sorry for this, as I don’t even get paid until an item is accepted. Please let me know what they are able to do for you when you hear back from them.

@alliburton I do apologize of course for your experience. All of my items are always clearly described in hopes of avoiding situations like this or buyer disappointment. Hopefully the poshmark policies they have in place will be of assistance to you. If not, there’s nothing I can do on my end and I truly am sorry for that. I am always willing to do everything in my power to assist my customers!
