tjpittman092019 @misslovley2004 I never experience that issue before. But if they are charging you shipping and stated free shipping you made want to reach out to customer support for assistance. Im sure they will reimburse your shipping cost,, if it is legit. Sorry I wasn't much help on that topic. Have a great day.
