ladyredbud Hi Alishia, I already have an open offer of $5 for the hat. I counter offered to her for $6. She has 24 hrs. To respond. I cannot sell the item until she accepts or declines my counter, UNLESS someone else buys it for asking price ( $7) and it automatically is sold and negates her offer/counter offer. Hope that helps .
