rbhollins @alisi53 You request it within the app. Go to “My Purchases”, select the item you purchased from me and then select “problem/ Order inquiry”. State wrong item received. That’s it. It should take about 30 seconds.

rbhollins @alisi53 I also emailed them about a return label for you but “problem/inquiry” is usually the correct steps needed to get one. Poshmark does not have a customer service phone number so the only way to reach them is by email. I really do apologize for the mix up and the inconvenience.

rbhollins @alisi53 In order to receive a refund you have to go through the proper procedure of opening a case. If you send the boots back to me without doing so, I have no way of refunding you for your item or shipping, as Poshmark handles the funds. Since you accepted and rated the item, Poshmark thinks you received the correct item. You have to inform them that you did not. I have informed them myself but you also need to do so.
