I just checked. it is showing a "pre approved payment" of $28.49 on Nov 1 for the earrings/necklace. It also shows that you refunded me the same amount for the Oct 29th charge. Maybe because they are both on the same day it is messing up the way it looks?

Ok my bank shows just the 2 charges and no refunds, but p--pal looks perfect: Oct 29th later cancelled on Nov1, and new purchase on Nov1.
