hi Alison- I requested pm refund as well and I'm sorry the sweater was not up to par. I'll pay more attention to sweaters in the future with my photos. ive not had an issue like this as of yet, so if pm doesn't refund. please reach out to me directly and we'll get a refund figured out one way or another.

@rsalls That’s very good of you Robin and much appreciated. I was sent the link by my daughter-in-law as you knows what I like and has fabulous taste. She has been very pleased with her purchases from you. It is a gorgeous outfit, and I love it. I was just not expecting the amount of damage in the top. Now I know the holes are there, I can see a couple on the images of the top. They are sadly very visible when wearing. This is my first return so will wait to see what happens.

@rtalison thanks for responding as i hate that I didn't catch how worn the sweater was. Some of my outfits are mine or finds.That outfit was my Aunts, whose usually meticulous so. I didn't try it on myself for me to notice the amount of worn you mentioned or I wouldn't have posted the sweater portion. Again, sorry for this headache, but we will get it figured out between pm or directly. I'll keep my eyes on pm.

morning. I did get the outfit back Saturday and it shows refund pending on my side, so I'm guessing it should probably today or tomorrow back to you. Will keep an eye on my side and reach out to cs if it doesn't get processed by tomorrow. Again, sorry this outfit didn't work out.
