Hi Alison! I just wanted to say that I am deeply sorry for the delay in shipping the jeans to you. I was traveling for work and then went straight out of town again for my Grandmother's birthday this past weekend. However, that's not an excuse and I should have reached out to you personally to let you know there would be a delay. Again, I am very sorry!
