gramajessie Please let me know why you are disappointed with your boot purchase , i really believe i did describe the boots accurately. The black pair was practically new . The brown pair was worn only a couple of times and i thought the were in excellent condition as shown in the pictures. Frye boots are meant to look worn and vintaged you can google the style #s and it will read as i said . Please let me know what your complaint is so that i may have a opportunity to correct it thx

alipower I am so sorry, I absolutely love the boots! They are perfect and exactly what I wanted, but the Black pair is running smaller. The Brown boots fit perfectly and I love them, and so disappointed the Black ones I can't even get on. I tried them twice, once at night and again in the morning to be sure. I don't know why, because they are marked 7 1/2 on the inside. I don't have a complaint at all, just utter disappointment.
