Hi Alison - I’m not sure why that dress could have smelled. I’m sorry you thought that, but unless an item is brand new with tags, I wash it prior to sending it.

Hi! I’m happy to accept your offer on the Limited dress but wanted to let you know ahead of time I likely won’t be able to ship for a few days. I go to post office about once a week and unsure if I can make it on Friday. I believe Saturday the post office closed due to holiday so the dress will be shipped either Friday or Monday.

I had no issues with the zipper myself-while photographing, packaging, or beforehand.. nor would I ever knowingly send out an item with a flaw like that - I sincerely apologize for the oversight.
