@alombardo23 no, I do, but I canceled the orders, so Poshmark will release the funds. So basically, it’s like it didn’t happen on my end. I can’t just ship all of them together because I have to mark each order shipped, individually, and it charges you for shipping with each Sale. So by canceling it, it should refund your money so you can re-purchase. On my end I don’t have any sales even though it says sold. It won’t let me delete it. It should tell you that the orders were canceled.

Poshmark automatically takes the money money for shipping. I don’t have the control over that so even if I shipped them altogether you would still be paying separate shipping for all of them if I didn’t cancel the orders.

Poshmark should show that you have a credit or they should be telling you that they refunded you so you can purchase the bundle again. But I can’t undo the cancellation unfortunately. This way it’ll just be $7.95 to ship all three of them instead oflike $24 in shipping

@alombardo23 I understand you are frustrated, but I already canceled the orders. I cannot delete the ones that they sold on Poshmark but I canceled it. I have no pending orders. You have to re-purchase it in order for me to send it. You can check your bank or check Poshmark they gave you your money back.

I have no pending payments and I have been paid for nothing. With Poshmark we don’t even get paid until you receive your order and accept it. It’s held in limbo until then, so me canceling the order means you get your money back.

Poshmark immediately processes a full refund to the original payment method used for the order. When an order is cancelled: Your refund includes any additional fees paid, such as shipping. Your refund information can be found on the Order Details page.

According to Poshmark, they refund the money immediately on a canceled order. If you check your account, the money should be there or whatever hold was placed, it should be released.

I canceled the order to make you a bundle so you could pay $7.97 for shipping as opposed to three times that amount. I was trying to be helpful and trying to save you money. I was not trying to make a problem. But apparently I have learned my lesson in trying to be kind.

Poshmark collects the money for shipping. They collect it separately from each purchase. So I have to send three separate boxes. If I cancel the order, then I am able to do a bundle of three and charge you one time.

I wanted you to pay $7.97 for shipping as opposed to $23.91 for shipping because when you make three separate purchases, Poshmark charges you three separate times for shipping. @tarynitup79 hi I see that this customer is harassing you as well. I had to block her from my page as she accused me of ripping her off because her credit card was charged more than once by Poshmark. This customer doesn’t understand that as sellers that we have no control, overcharging credit cards, the amount, credit cards charge. She then obsessively, called and harassed my Physical business locations and my employees.
