trendyresales Hey..you bought my cream colored leather bag ...I see you gave me a 3 star rating...I take my 5 star rating very seriously....what was your major complaint about the item cleanliness so I can prevent this from happening again?

alisonjeannette @srpb10 Hi. Yes, I gave 3 stars due to cleanliness because there are a few stains on the leather that were not shown or mentioned in the listing. Also, the bag smelled stale. Not sure if it was a lingering smell of smoke or just musty. I appreciate trying to eliminate it with the dryer sheet you put inside but it was still noticable.

trendyresales @alisonjeannette I didn’t notice a musty smell at all ...and I include laundry sheets in all of my packages because it smells good and gives a good impression when you first open a package... I did not add it to the bag to cover anything up...sorry it wasn’t acceptable to you...
