anemone365 @ladyhawke124 thank you for offering but since the snags are in the lower area of the shirt I’ll keep it. My recommendation since you are new - use words like “in used condition” or “gently worn” never excellent condition unless you know for sure it is.

ladyhawke124 This has been on my mind, just wanted you to know that I did not know about the snags when I listed the sweater, had only worn it a few times. But I obviously didn't inspect it very well. This has been a good heads up for me in the future....I simply do not want you to think the oversight was intentional. dececco I didn’t see that your earrings were not returnable, did you indicate that on the listing? It’s difficult to know if they would be too heavy or not- if I had seen that - I would not have ordered, I feel you should have indicated that when I asked you if they were heavy, you responded - not for me. I am no satisfied with your response. I feel you should allow a return under these circumstances. Please advise!!
