Thank you but I did not get your message. I communicated through the ratings and offered what I thought was a fair idea to remedy this but heard nothing back. I wasn’t watching here, I was watching for an email from Posh.
I’m sure you didn’t know there was a hole, but there is & not a tiny one. The sweater is just what I wanted but I would not have paid $28 +6.79 for a mended sweater. I have someone who has done fine mending on my sweaters before. It will cost $10.

IDK how PM handles these matters, but my proposal was that I be refunded $10. I would like half of the shipping cost refunded also, so $13.40 total, which I think is fair. This way each of us gets something for this transaction. I hope that is agreeable to you. I don’t know what else to suggest & I’m not willing to pay return shipping for this if not refunded. Thanks.
