gmabrenda57 Hello Allison, it’s me the one with the broken necklace. I was wrapping to ship back I started looking at the chain where it was broken and tested the other parts of the chain. To my surprise it looks like it may have been cut. By me. I cut it when I opened the enveloped with my sharp scissors. I’m thinking I may have done it. So I will not send it back and they should release your funds. I’m hoping that’s what they will do. Again sorry for alllllll the trouble. Treasure
