I spoke to a postal worker at that location and apparently that mailbox gets broken into frequently. I’m so sorry. Please cancel your order when you are able to.

solefoodsf @zeiramkhalil I am willing to pay for another shipping label, I will even send it to another location to confirm I actually get the item. I already paid for the shoes (and haven’t been refunded), I don’t mind adding more postage to make sure I receive the item.
