alisonsitems @crosby_street Found myself spending all of my time managing people (felt like I was a parent to 22 adults who were acting out) and not doing the actual work. So quit and started consulting full-time. Can’t believe I waited so long. It’s amazing! Elephant is from an amazing safari in Tanzania years ago ❤️.
