alisonbyrd @aracelids hi! So when I decide to buy, how does that work? Do I pay then wait for the seller to send the item to me or does Poshmark handle all that? Can I be sure that it will all be safe and secure and the item will come to me in the condition shown and stated?

aracelids @alisonbyrd Hello. I hope you have been enjoying the platform. Yes, when you buy the seller is the one who ships the item. On the sellers profile, it will specify their average ship time. From same day up until 7 days. That is a great indicator about the seller. As far as the condition, if you receive and item isn’t in the way it was described-you as a buyer are protected and can open a case for return.

alisonbyrd @aracelids hi! What do I do if a seller has not contacted me since I bought their item and Poshmark on their own had to send out a reminder to the seller to go ahead and ship out the item? I purchased on Wednesday and still no word. Just concerned about why this seller is taking so long to ship my item when their page says ships in 1 day.

aracelids @alisonbyrd Hello. Oh wow, that is sooooo unfortunate. If I’m not mistaken, you as a buyer have to wait the full 7 days. This is very unfortunate and trust me extremely disappointing but, Poshmark has their guidelines in place and I believe they allow a seller 7 days to ship the item before the buyer or the seller can cancel the item. You can try to see if PM will allow you to cancel, if you so choose to. Just try sending PM an email stating what you indicated.

I ensure you not all sellers conduct their closets in the same manner in which you have encountered. If you need me to try to assist in helping you to cancel your order, just let me know. alisonbyrd @aracelids well I did receive an item from a different seller on Friday when I ordered on Wednesday. I have another item arriving tomorrow. It's just this one seller of my third item that is holding on to my item from them. Hopefully it will ship tomorrow. I love the item (a Coach purse) I received Friday. 💖

aracelids @alisonbyrd Oh well that’s so good. That’s actually great to hear. No, unfortunately there isn’t a way essentially to message a seller “privately.” What you can do is go to the sellers closet and on the top right corner click the little bag icon and that will essentially create a bundle. Next, about mid section of the bundle page is a way to message within the bundle. That is a way that is a little more private.
