Hi Alison, I’d be happy to refund you as soon as you return the item. And you can then find these shoes for $9 elsewhere. My part time job is looking for items for online arbitration. So I did get a good deal for it and sold it for the going price. Please let me know if you’d like to start the process of the return. A lot of people who sell items on here do what I do and it’s not fair you gave a 1 star for it. Please go buy the shoe elsewhere.
