benyalissa @graphicswoman yeah! When I was a kid I always wanted to have one of those pencils or key chains with your name on it was always spelled with a y.

graphicswoman @benyalissa On rare occasions I'd find it spelled properly (aka with an "i" instead of a "y"), and I would get so excited. During my early years I wanted my name to be spelled the common way, however when I recognized that it was a way to distinguish myself from others with the same name I felt special and unique and I never gave thought to the "y" again.
