clairblue Hi. I didnt know how else to contact you. I bought the grey & blue print vintage soft Ann Taylor top. Package tracking indicates it was delivered, refused & returned to sender. I did not receive the package & would not have refused it. Was it possibly addressed incorrectly? Can you please send it again? This has not happened before & I'm not sure how to remedy the situation. Thank you.

clairblue @lovebud24 It arrived today w/handwritten notes on the envelope. My address is correct & is circled. The USPS bar code is covered w/a white label & on it is written, "Deliver As Is. It got priority treatment not express." It appears USPS made a mistake. In any case, I now have the top. It fits great & I'm very happy. I'll give you a good review. Thanks for corresponding with me--this was really weird!

daiserbeam87 Hi, I recently purchased an item from you and I’m having a similar situation that a previous buyer (clairblue) had, except my tracking notification said “Addressee unknown at this address.” And now the package is being returned to sender. I’ve never come across this issue here before but I just wanted to let you know. Hopefully it all gets worked out. Thanks.

lovebud24 @daiserbeam87 I contacted customer service and now today it looks like it is out for delivery...if they tell you what the hold up was I'd love to know. Like I said I printed the label and mailed as usual so it has to be USPS unfortunately. Hope you get it today 🤞
