marstuff Hi Alix. Thanks so much for purchasing my navy Loft coat. I dropped it off at the post office yesterday but they still haven’t scanned it for shipment. marstuff @alixswonderland Hi Alix. I went this morning and just now able to get back to you. Unfortunately, they have no record of the package. They said one of two things could have happened...it got shipped without proper scanning of the code or they’ve misplaced the package and it might show up at some point. It’s extremely upsetting and frustrating that there’s not much else they can do.

marstuff @alixswonderland At this point, we have to wait to see if it gets delivered and if it doesn’t arrive to you within Poshmark’s 7 day timeframe, you’ll be refunded. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and hate that this will be a negative experience. In the meantime, I’ll message Poshmark to let them know what’s happening...for whatever it’s worth.
