hausoflayers Hey love. I think you were supposed to close the case on your end and then we would have provided you with the refund. We emailed PoshMark yesterday regarding the partial refund, and they said it’ll take 24-hours for an update, but they never emailed us with an update. This is our first time dealing with this issue, so we’re not sure if it they’re able to provide partial refunds or if we were supposed to settle it outside of PoshMark. However, I’ll try contacting them again.

alixricci1 @hausoflayers Poshmark sent me a return slip to return and be refunded for the item. I could not wear it - the rip isn’t on the seam and can’t be repaired.
