starwarssg1 Yes. They said it would deliver today, but when you call the local post office, you don't get the people that work there. You get a call center.

starwarssg1 Hey, Alix. My wife went to the post office and picked up the TV. So, we have it now. They told her that the wrong labep was put on the box. The one the box had was for 10 lbs only.

starwarssg1 Just FYI. Posh Mark will probably be contacting you as the screen was completely broken when we opened the box. I'll deal with Posh Mark and this. No need to get you involved, I just thought I'd give you a heads up. I didn't realize until I opened the box tonight that it was broken. Looks like it will be a claim they will have to file with USPS.

alixgreenberg12 @starwarssg1 my husband is really sad because this was like his favorite tv. I made us sell it. I think you have to file the claim and send them photos of the damage. Poshmark probably won’t help us because apparently they don’t get involved with transactions of TVs. They emailed that a few days ago when i was concerned about the shipping label not being big enough.
