itsonsalenow That payment didn’t go through for them. I would think you would have to have all your address in there if you put billing information in there.

achamilton5 @itsonsalenow oh no!! Guess she didn’t have it set up. Usually during the show it tells you that it didn’t go through so you can walk them through it. What a bummer! You can try to reach out to her and help her but I’m not sure she knows what she’s doing. That really sucks!
