@ahleyahh I went ahead and messaged them since there isn’t anything I can do on my end without an order confirmation, payment or shipping label. let me know if anything changes and just double check to make sure that your payment information is correct as well. I believe you I just saw some people online saying that this typically occurs if the payment info isn’t up to date or if it’s incorrect.
